Senator Bishop, Cochair, moved and asked unanimous consent the Finance Committee Letter of Intent offered on page 1085 be adopted as a Senate Letter of Intent. Senator Begich objected, then withdrew his objection. There being no further objection, the Senate Letter of Intent was adopted. Senator Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent the bill be advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Hughes moved and asked unanimous consent the vote on the passage of the bill be considered the vote on the effective date clause(s). Without objection, it was so ordered. Senator Hughes gave notice of reconsideration on HOUSE BILL NO. 100 and moved and asked unanimous consent it be taken up. Without objection, the bill was before the Senate on reconsideration. The question to be reconsidered: "Shall HOUSE BILL NO. 100 "An Act relating to allocations of funding for the Alaska Workforce Investment Board; and providing for an effective date" pass the Senate?"
